The cry is heard across the world from women who are tired of trying, “Help me get pregnant!”

For those who are looking for foolproof tips to make sure the next time works, such a thing does not exist. However, if you are one of the ones screaming “Help me get pregnant” you may want to keep reading.

Here are a few tips to “Help me get pregnant!”

Get off of the birth control pill as soon as possible. Other than the obvious reasons, stopping the pill will help because the first month after stopping many women will actually be more fertile than normal.

Lay off of any smoking, drinking or drugs you (or your partner) may be doing as soon as possible. This can lower your partner’s sperm count as well as make you less fertile yourself. If you are doing any of the above, your screams of “Help me get pregnant” will only continue.

Those women who are in check weight-wise will get pregnant sooner than those who are under or over weight. In fact, those women who stay between a BMI of 20 and 30 will have a much greater chance of never saying “help me get pregnant” again.

Obviously these aren’t the only ways to help you get pregnant and doing all of these doesn’t mean you will get pregnant right away. However, if you are tired of saying those four words “help me get pregnant” you would be silly not to try any of the above!
