Chinese Infertility Concept

To understand the meaning of Chinese infertility you must first understand how the Chinese view food as a whole.

The Chinese don’t believe that food is consumed for taste or pleasure, but instead as a way for us to please and fortify our organs. The Chinese infertility concept believes that different foods will affect the body in different ways and should be consumed as such.

In Chinese infertility concept, the Chinese view infertility as being caused by having too much of the Shen energy that rules the world of reproduction. If the body consumes too many foods that promote the Shen energy then your body will reject them and struggle and infertility becomes an issue.

The Chinese infertility concept believes that things like lower back pain, weak legs, low libido, increased urinary frequency and nighttime urination are signs of the Shen energy being present.

It is not impossible to overcome these symptoms and be able to reverse the Chinese signs of infertility, but you must intake a good portion of foods that will eliminate this energy.

Herbal supplements may be introduced by a doctor, but your diet would be considered to be much more important. You may be asked to add the following foods to your diet in order to nourish your kidneys: walnuts, black sesame seeds, barley, tofu, black soybean, wheat germ, seaweeds, various beans, organ meats, and wheat grass.

All those foods are aimed to help human body and reproduction system to reverse the Chinese infertility.
