It is widely known that the rate of successful pregnancies in the United States is much lower than it should be for such a powerful and rich nation. What most people don’t realize is that the pregnancy treatments that can help expectant mothers aren’t as much ignored as they are not done due to not knowing that a pregnancy actually exists.

Most importantly, the use of Folic Acid in the early stages of pregnancy is missed as the mother doesn’t realize that she is pregnant.

Pregnancy complications such as spina bifida and neural tube birth defects could be greatly reduced if women started taking Folic Acid regularly. If you are considering getting pregnant or think there is any chance that you are pregnant it is never to early or late to start considering pregnancy treatments like Folic Acid.

Pregnancy is taken very seriously by the general public, as it should be, and thusly pregnant women are constantly questioning the status quo about what to do and what not to do while pregnant.  It has been for some time that people consider tea to be good for pregnant women because of the antioxidants, but do the new line of “Pregnancy Herbal Teas” cross the line of responsibility?

Many people have started to believe that the antioxidants in teas are offset by the caffeine, therefore rendering it almost unsafe for pregnant mothers to consume.  But what about pregnancy herbal teas?  Are they any different?  Do they have the same amount of positives and negatives as other teas?

One type of pregnancy herbal tea is actually being widely accepted as good across the board by medical professionals and pregnant women alike.  Red raspberry tea leaves actually provide many different nutrients that many medical professionals believe helps with complications like preeclampsia and postpartum hemorrhage. For many women going through a pregnancy the thought of morning sickness will bring them to their knees. There aren’t any pregnancy cures that work as a failsafe for every single woman, but there are things you can do that resemble pregnancy cures that could change your life.

Below are four potential pregnancy cures for morning sickness:

  1. Avoid foods that are especially high in fat or are too spicy, these foods can sometimes upset your belly and make pregnancy cures seem almost impossible. I know that these foods typically taste better, but isn’t your freedom worth getting.
  2. Try avoiding foods or drinks that have an especially strong odor or have affected you in the past. If you don’t like the smell of the Doritos in the cabinet, remove them and tell your family a Dorito break is about to happen.
